Over the past 15 years, Jim Ruhland has enjoyed helping folks with all of their heating and air conditioning needs. He provides an experienced, calm and friendly no pressure approach to assess your problems and to keep your heating and cooling equipment working properly.

While continuing to work in the Heating and Air conditioning industry, Jim also began teaching at a local Twin Cities Technical College. Over the past 10 years, he has been privileged to share his experience and help train over 250 other heating and air conditioning professionals. His teaching experience helps him to better educate his customers about their own homes and heating/cooling systems.
